About healthy power

I've been thinking a lot about what strength/power means to me.

When I was going through a breakup after 22 years of partnership I couldn't process these strong emotions within me. My body carried this inside until it got cancer.

It was my kick in the ass, the moment I realized it was time to start differently, to look inside and start learning how to take care of myself. Since then I've been exploring my family patterns, learning to accept and love myself. Whole of me, with my light and shadows. And slowly I started to discover another, more gentle form of strength.🥰💪

A power that is not based on competition, proving or controlling, but on connection with myself and others. A power where I can be vulnerable and strong at the same time. 🐈🦋

At an intensive teacher training where we learned Taoist and Tantric exercises (@taotantricarts) I first felt what it means to be in touch with both energies – the feminine and the masculine within me. I met my archetypes, started listening to them and building a relationship with them. And there I realized that healthy power is actually very soft, calm and full of warmth. 🌳🌏🌞

Today this inner strength gives me a sense of security, connection and ease. I wish the same for other women (all people, actually)! If you feel that you would benefit from exploring your inner strength and relationships with yourself, I am happy to invite you to individual meetings where I stand by your side on your journey.
