Booking & Payment Terms and Conditions

Your spot is saved after I receive your payment/deposit.

Payments are non-refundable.

If you have a serious health issue between booking and the session/event, write to me with a proof. I will decide if we move your booking, transfer it to another offering, or give a refund.

If you cancel at least 2 days before the session/event, I keep 33% of the price for preparation costs and return the rest.

If I cancel or move the event/program, you can choose: full refund or a new date/program.

By completing any booking or purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree with these Booking & Payment Terms.

Our work supports your personal growth. It does not replace medical or psychiatric care. You stay responsible for your own wellbeing and choices.
